Remarketing
Services
ICE was formed to maximize the return for
our clients.
We maximize our client’s return by taking an early proactive
approach to repossession and remarketing projects.
We identify any deficiencies in advance through inspections
and provide an inspection report with a damage deficiency
estimate. Our clients use this report to collect monetary
compensation for the damages from the Lessee or leverage off
this deficiency report to proactively have the Lessee repair
the unit prior to return.
We have technicians and mechanics on staff that will travel
to the lessee’s location to perform inspections.
Once the unit has been deemed in “return condition”,
we then market the equipment through our network of contacts
in the respective industry as well as our established database
of 50,000 potential Buyers. Our proprietary system, which we call ICE BREAKER© has taken over 5
years to create.
ICE has the ability to attract Buyers throughout
Europe, Mexico, Canada, South America and purchase equipment
through our remarketing services and auction.
Reposession
Services
Today's environment demands an additional challenge. Our
clients not only need to maximize sales proceeds, but in
some cases possess a challenge in recovering their respective
collateral.
ICE plays the role of an asset manager.
ICE coordinates the recovery directly with
our clients’ attorneys and coordinates in conjunction
with the local authorities.
ICE then obtains quotes from a network
of preferred carriers we work with and handles all the logistics
necessary to physically recover the asset.
When ICE has the clients equipment in our possession we
then obtain photographs, inspection reports and maintenance
estimates on each piece of equipment.
In the case of a defaulted lessee/bank customer, a notice
of arrival is completed and sent to our client.
Once authorization is given to sell the unit we engage our
remarketing services group to commence the resale process.
Auction
Services
ICE has recently renovated a 150,000 square
foot facility in Memphis, Tennessee on 10 acres where ICE
performs their Auction services.
The facility is gated and equipped with video surveillance
and is manned with a 24 hour guard to offer our client complete
collateral security.
The auction is held with reserves set by our clients. This
approach protects our clients from short sale situations
that an absolute auction can bring.
Our auction services are utilized as an extension of our
remarketing platform. If a unit does not sell through our
remarketing platform and in a particular auction, the value
is re-assessed to ensure pricing is reflective of the current
market and the process continues until the equipment is
sold. |
